Hotmail hacked by some site called sewbto666?How can i stop them sending emails from my account? I am so mad, just saw that an email from my hotmail address was sent to everyone in my address book. Is obviously a scam. I really really dont want to close my hotmail address but has anyone else had this happen to them? If they could send something from my hotmail, what else could they have seen?

Hotmail is far from secure and certainly should not be used for your secure personal details or valuable information.
Best you can do is to warn all your contacts to bin all incoming mails from you (otherwise they will also become infected) and start from scratch. If you must have web based access to your emails then Gmail is marginally safer than Hotmail - but it sounds like your security has been breached - You do have security? right.

Change your password on the account. The most likely scenario is that your password has been compromised and someone has logged in as "you", meaning they can see anything you can.

If they have copied you address book they could use it to send email to your contacts by pretending to be you even after you have changed your password or even closed the account.
