Hi JaniceH,
I don't know if the situation is still the same, but, I could not find a case that would fit in a similar way to the Kindle. In the end I ordered a Kindle Fire case from 7dayshop and modified it.
http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product ... _id=113257I made the following modifications to the case to get my Scroll Excel (2.3) to fit:
- Cut a hole for the power connector and headphone sockets... I used a leather hole punch to achieve this;
- Unstitch the 3 side panels so they are not double stiched against the back, they are now only single stitched. I melted the nylon thread to stop it fraying.
Outstanding problems:
- The camera is covered over, as I do not need to use it I have not bothered with making a hole.
- The 3 control buttons are hidden, but, function through the case with out a problem. It takes a little getting used to where the buttons are located, but, I have not found it a problem.
I have had the case for 4 months and it is still wearing well. I can position the stand, when in landscape, to 2 positions using the flap. For travelling, the flap fully covers the front of the screen and is held by magenetic bar built into the case. The case completely encloses the tablet although there is a slight protrusion on either side.
Hope that helps - tenter
