Hi,
I have had ICS installed for a couple of weeks now and after reading some posts around boot times decided to time how long it took from powering on to the swipe lock screen, as it seemed to take longer than GB. So I am getting about 1 minute.
Is that normal?
After flashing I applied the Calendar Fix and Market Fix, did a reset so it all looks ok otherwise.

Yes mate, that's normal.
My Excel has around 16 games installed, yep I know. Alongwith 3 pages of apps.
Despite this. I do find it slightly quicker than GB, if it had the same junk on it.
Could just be me though tbh.
