Brother-in-law bought a Scroll for his missus for xmas, he's been on the phone this morning and it's not taking a charge any more.

I had it here for a couple of days and it ran fine (sorted the market and stuff), 4th day of use (maybe 6 hours total?) and it won't charge.

Is this a record?

Which version of the scroll do you have?

It might be the mains charger, instead of the battery - have you tried charging it for at least 12hrs (more the better as usb charges slower than a main one) via a usb charger, if still no juice after this, then it does look like a battery issue. That will be a new record.
