As many of you will know, im an ex-pat who lives some 3500 miles away from the UK in a much warmer climate. Ive had to travel to London this week for some business meetings (ill probably spend most of the week in the pubs actually!)

I saw a recent weather forecast for the uk, which said it was cold.....Jesus H Christ they weren't kidding! I had forgotten how cold it gets here! Im even tempted to wear two jumpers at once!

FF it's crazy-cold you're right! Got the heating on 22 constantly... not used to that!!
Still, good for keeping your beers cold outside on the back step LOL

It is bloody freezing up here in the darkest North, my car thermo was showing -6 and it was hat hard ice that took an age to scrape off, never mind will soon be Christmas

If its any consolation it was 29 centigrade when I got on the plane at 530am uk time (730 egypt)

Feels like -29 in london!

Im back home now...

Here in Hurghada it is 28.3 centigrade at the moment
