miscroll has market working past 48hour?

ok so the scroll v1 and v2 doesnt work with market past the first 24hours due to licencing from google, how ever my miscroll is still downloading from market 48 hours later? its doesnt have a market app/link but when i go to android market.com on my laptop and select an app i can then select the miscroll instead of my galaxy ace and it still downloads? im not moaning lol extremely happy if anything

yeah am doin exactly that but 3days later and its still working could storage option have sorted their problem out?

Highly possible....
I have the cyanogen 2.3 on my old scroll - the market works fine on it.

yup just downloaded btfon app from market,. its weird cos theres no market app but i can select it from the market webpage and it does download instantly, im HAPPY!!!!!! lol

Is it you that also have/had a CNM touchpad? I am wondering if I would be better with that. I tried them side by side yesterday and the CNM felt better and reacted faster. Seems no chance of flash and only 2.1 rather than 2.3, but full market. If you have had both, which is best?
