srry for probably sounding like an asshole, but im sick of this tablet,im taking it back today and im just gonna use the money to buy a htc wildfire or something but im literally sick of this crap this is the 3RD! YES PEOPLE THIRD tablet that has just died from running normaly...

story:

bought touchpad 2 from maplins,

foundout touchpad 2 sucks ass is a ripoff

took touchpad 2 back and exchanged for scroll.

17 hours later scroll dies and refuses to turn back on,

i exchange for another........now guess what.... it switched itself off last night now wont come back on again,

goodbye scroll your goin back to maplins im still sorta questionable to google.....how can they release a product in a store saying it runs skype and android market......neither of which we all KNOW it doesnt.,
like the box says full hmdi out socket.,.....now is that a normally sized hdmi? well its smaller then the ones in xbox , dvd player , lcd........not full size hdmi its a mini hdmi,,,,,,,how can they print that wrong?

not to mention the fact my bro went and bought the same tablet a week later when he opened it his tablet only has 1 usb port e button are on the other side of the tablet........wtf ?

Although I haven't had any hardware failures with the scroll, I have a major problem with it being market-less and the screen being upside-down on many apps.I am considering the Samsung Dropad for use; or any other tablet that is NOT a telechips CPU, and keeping the Scroll as a tinker-toy.

so i had to get someone else to take it back for me as i work 7 days a week, guess what when they arrived at the shop the frigging thing worked again.......allways the bloody way . so i managed to switch over for THE FORTH TIME fo the v2 scroll tyhey said they couldnt give me a cash refund because they believe it to be in perfect working order....mmm yeah right,

so basically this is the last chance if i have even the slightest problem im goin stright back while its still not working and I WILL get a cash refund.

the manager at maplins let me down abit, he said basically he thinks im only trying to get a refund because i may have bought it expecting it to be as good as an ipad......i said "cmon mate im not gonna buy something for £130 and expect it to perfom like a £400 machine"..

mmmm and maybee i just couldnt get it to turn on,,, and concluded as most people would it was faulty......idiot

did you get the wildfire? i bought one for £139.00 and well pleased with it. i still use my scroll i had lots off problems with mine so i reset it back to factory defaults and it seems to be working better now and it registered its self in market android after i synced my gmail account. i don't have as many apps working on it now just basic stuff and it runs faster than when i bought it. i was going to ditch it but since its working better im on it all the time, also you can tether the wildfire for internet access for when you are out of range of a wireless router. which works like a dream for me.
