I think so seeing as my Blackbery sent a file to my pulse, though I can't see any blue teeth anywhere!

Oh and the contacts my Blackberry sent to my Pulse were not my contacts, in fact I have no idea who any of them were. Or for that matter where my contacts went?

did you conect from the pulse or from the blackberry cos you may heve conected to sombody elses blackberry in the shop or nearby

Sent from BB to pulse! Anyway only used the phone as a phone once and that was someone calling a wrong number
I did notice all my email contacts had been transfered over!

Is there an app installer app on the pulse?

Also I get absolutley no signal from wifi, 2g, 3g or even bluetooth when in my garden. In fact I don't get much signal in the house either.

AppInstaller, Android Tweaks or BusyBox Installer from Market? Must be rooted for the latter.

Any other tips / tricks for the pulse?
If I install a modded rom what stock apps are removed and which are still in there?
Can I back up stock apps and install them into the new rom?
Can I install them onto my Scroll?
Can I install Scroll apps onto my Pulse?
Is the Pulse microwaveable? <<-- Don't try that!

shuold be automatic on these phones
some of the roms have apps2sd so you can run the apps from the sdcard worth looking at for more app space
i'm running 2.1 what warped flash advised in prev post no apps to sd but v good. may change soon for 2.2 froyo

Be interested to hear which sat nav you choose. CoPilot will work but it wont let me install my copy on both the Pulse and my Galaxy Tab and I would rather keep it on the Galaxy with the larger screen. Buying another copy is an option but it costs more than the Pulse

I want the 2.2 thats in beta for another handset... it all works apart from the cell radio. Im trying to get the guy to add in pulse support as that seems to be all that is needed.

also i tried to boot into recovery today and i seem to have lost clockworkmod did that 2.1 rom erase it and do i just reinstall it

AS FOR SAT NAV I got my details off of my old windows phone but havent got around to mailing ALK in the meantime dowloaded copilot8 from applanet and seems to be working dont know if its time resticed or not on the windows phone the copilot6 sat nav used gps for tracking so you didnt need 3g or wirless i had to load maps for the android version so i presume its the same could be used as a stand alone navigation device ps the speaker is quite loud
