you need to copy "recovery-clockwork-scroll.img" out of the Recovery folder that is one of the folders you get from extracting the .zip file, This file you need to put on the root of your SD card. then run the command.

Updated how-to with location of this file.

Sorry, no file I can see in the recovery folder, however, there is another ZIP folder in there and when I try to access this I get an error message that says it needs Microsoft Office to access the file.

Passing strange, but maybe I need something else installed apart from Winzip???

Cheers

Yep, 2 folders as you say, However, in the recovery folder the the file you refer to is not there, no img files at all anywhere in either of the folders. I use a full official copy of Winzip so can't see why the file you refer to is not there.

In the recovery there are the following files:
14/06/2010 09:25 2,530,671 adb-windows.exe
14/06/2010 09:25 96,256 AdbWinApi.dll
14/06/2010 09:25 60,928 AdbWinUsbApi.dll
14/06/2010 09:25 992,202 fastboot-windows.exe
12/12/2010 17:01 6,111,232 recovery-clockwork-scroll.img <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
06/01/2011 21:33 29 Run this First.bat
06/01/2011 21:03 93 Run this Second - after it Reboots.bat

You want this one. If its not there maybe you have a corrupt download? I just downloaded that copy to check

Hi Guys

Sorry I did not reply last night, I was shattered and had to go to bed.

I have downloaded the .Zip file several times and extracted it to three or four different locations and the file you refer to is not there in any of them, however, as I said last night, there is a second .Zip folder in the place where you indicate this file should be in the listing, I am at work now so I can't open the folder on my home PC to tell you its name. Very strange indeed.

I have a Win Vista laptop downstairs at home, think I might give this a try on Vista in case it is something specific about my Win 7 desktop causing the problem. I will log back on this evening and let you know how I get on, thanks for your continued support in this.

Cheers

It might be that you have registered winzip to try and open .img files? as an .img is a compress filed this might be the problem :)
Just Just copy this "second zip" file accross :D

Yay winzip wants to extract every type of file know to man :) (to double check this is the case hold down shift and right click in teh window where the file are, Select the option "Open command window here" then in teh box that appears type "dir" and press enter the file names wil be displayed in that window and you can check that its a .img)

Could be your Windows is seeing .img files as system files and you have system files hidden. Also, rather than 'save', choose 'open' on the download, and check your file permissions.
