I have a new version of build.prop for someone with a nandroid backup to test.
I doubt it will brick or anything but yea...
Basically this should enable hardware acceleration < hopefully...
Fix the screen density (atm its 161 as opposed to 160?)
Disable data roaming by default as opposed to it being on for no reason.
Sets the bluetooth Name to scroll (Redundant for now)
Increases the dalvik heap size to 32m from 24m (possible performance gain)
Fixes the product name from Andoid for Telechips TCC8900 Evaluation Board (US) to Scroll Tablet

If you want to try ou need root and some form of file explorer (root explorer/whatever)
copy my build.prop to your sd card.
on the Scroll go to /System/ rename build.prop to build.prop.old
Copy/paste my new build.prop to /System/
Set date format to dd-MM-yyyy (from MM-dd-yyyy)
Reboot and then tell me how much I broke stuff :D

if you want to give ti a try reply here and i will email it to you (im at work and cant access mediafire)

As soon as I've dumped my entire rom Warped I'll happily brick (erm, test) it :)

Sounds good :D stock rom dumps would be nice to have as we currently have... erm... none lol :D
Get a clockwork recovery just in case but this should not be actually be able to brick the thing.
A quadrant (market) benchmark from before and after this would be helpful as well to see if the change in dalvik helps or not

Not sure, but the graphics seem to update quicker in apps such as documents to go with powerpoint presentations, app tray possibly faster, myplayer noticably smoother, market seems okay, mobile networks option causes an error and closes

mobile networks option? where?
do you use tapatalk? or can you "find" it :) then try posting here and the signature should now be correct.
These are minor tweaks like fixing the screen densityto 160 from 161 lol and should hopefully give a bit of a performance boost as well
