because but default it is set to 0 so you only need to add the line if you want to set it to 1

what are you trying to edit it with?
you have to use a program that uses unix line endings...
why not just copy the one that works above?

yea stick it at the bottom of the file

stick a couple of blank lines if it will let you see it better
