I have had the opportuntiy to try out a PowerGorilla with my Scroll, using the usb port to connect the power. They are listed on Ebay and Amazon for about £130, for example;

It seemed to work perfectly. It definitely lengthened the battery life when I was using it for an extended period at the local library free wifi hotspot. I haven't had the chance to do a full test, but looking at the specs, the capacity of 21,000 mAh in 5V mode, with a 1,000 mAh output rate, suggests that it should be able to provide a significant boost to usage. It should allow three overnight full recharges of the Scroll if left connected. Might be useful for a short camping or festival trip?
Is it worth buying? Well its thicker than the Scroll, weighs more and costs about the same as buying a spare Scroll! As it can also provide back-up power for my laptop, I think its worthwhile for that, but I wouldn't buy one just for the Scroll.
