I had same problem with ebuyer - ordered 2 things (2 different orders but ordered on the same day) one on 3-working days and one on 'saver'. the 'saver' was here next day at 10 am (parcel force) the 3-working day one took 10 days (city-link) and the latter was my scroll.

If they only use UPS, and 100% not City Link, I might try them next time.
@Charlie - I sold my 2 graphics cards, and ordered a new one that should have meant I was only without my PC for half a day, now Ive been stuck with just a laptop since the 7th, CityLink have only just updated their site today to say the goods have arrived.... All lies, they arrived the same day I ordered them, they have only just scanned them today.
Not holding my breath but I hope it arrives soon, I miss the power of my PC and all my games
