yes it's finally happened, somethings gone wrong on my scroll

decided today it wasn't going to show me the preview pane in the default camera app.
its just black, when i click to take a photo anyway the green lines show but it sits there for a few seconds before actually taking the picture...
and then...
no picture to be found...
its not anywhere...
so now im confused...
ive not done any modding or messing around for a while and its been fine just today its gone mental...

help?
