I have screwed up big time. I loaded build.prop v3 and renamed the old one did a system restart and now I am stuck with a screen with the Green Android and a message to touch the android to begin. When I do it turns white whilst pressed but nothing else happens it continues with the touch android to begin. I have tried a factory reset but that has not helped. I can't mount the usb drive to use explorer. Help!!!

Had the same problem a couple of day's ago after doing a factory reset.
Restored my backup (didn't cure problem) but then ran warpedflash's update and it all came good again.

Thanks Stuben. Unfortunately when I try this I get the following:
---Install from sdcard---
Finding update package
Opening update package
verifying update package
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted
Only difference to instructions is that I do not have backup installed (unable to get driver to work with W7 Pro 64b)
So is this something applicable to firmware 1.00 or have others running 1.00 done this successfully?

I'm too using Win7 64bit. Haven't loaded any dedicated drivers for the scroll.
Shows up in windows device manager as "ADB Interface" sub menu "Android sooner composite ADB interface"
This is the driver that was loaded with my Motorola Defy android phone. This driver works fine with my scroll.
Haven't tried any of the other drivers for the scroll that are kicking about so can't confirm if there ok with win7 64.
You could try Moto drivers and see if that helps with connection !
