Hello, I have just started using my Scroll Pocket 4.3inches. I have noticed that when watching a Flash video, if I click on full screen, the screen will go black and the tablet will freeze. If I click the settings icon, it will go back to normal screen but the browser is still frozen. The only solution is to switch the tablet off and restart.

However I can't seem to be able to use it full screen.

A friend of mine has a 4.4 inch smartphone with the same version of Android and can see the same video fine. I have tried different sites but I have the same issue.

Has anybody ever had a similar issue on any Scroll model?

Sounds like it may be a Flash player problem.
Adobe have stopped supporting Flash for android so we are stuck with what the device comes pre-installed with.
Many tablets are still shipping with Flash v 10.3 whereas the last version Adobe released before they stopped support was v 11.

Can you check the properties of your flash player file to see what version you have got against what your friend has got on his phone ? This may give you a clue.
