Scroll Excel firmware

I have a "bricked" Scroll Excel with damaged screen

It freezes on the Storage Options logo, the balloon.
I can get into the Android system recovery menu using Power and Menu.
Also I can "adb" to the machine

Where can I get the firmware to reflash the device?
and how do I install?

Due to the damage on the screen I was thinking of connecting to television and using keyboard/mouse.

Have you tried a factory reset from recovery?

Yes I've tried a Factory Rest and selecting "delete all user data".

The Scroll Excel them proceeds with
Formatting "data" then Formatting "cache"

then selected "reboot system now" returns to Balloon logo.

I've been informed it was left connected to a computer, upon return the Scroll Excel back-light was on - nothing on screen. The computer was off and was unsure if the computer was on when left...

and I've downloaded the ROM for use with LiveSuit.

When I open LiveSuite i get this

I select "Yes"

Then I get

Thank you Trashcooky

I've got the Scroll Excel working now!
Running with 4.0.3 which seems faster than mine with 2.3.4

It's just a shame the screen is damaged :( will have to find a hdmi lead...
Plus I notice the button operations are different on 4.0.3 compared to 2.3.4

Again thank you!
