hiya...im not sure where to put my topic....ive bought a scroll 7" tablet manufacture refurb...android 2.1....the camera works but the picture is black...the video recorder records and when you play it back all you can hear is sound....reall need to no if it will work...any ideas

if you have a look in settings /sound and display look for output select
that sould be set to none
let me know what it is set to

I put it to none but still nothing..I've looed into the hole where the camera is Android there's nothing there

probably come un attached and slipped down past th hole take the back off and ave a look 2 screws i think behind lack panel be carefull when pulling cover as there will be cables connected to it push the camera bac inthe hole and glue it in

there should be 2 small screws under the black strip and 2 at bottom near usb tae these out and carefully remove the cover
try to open it like a book careful not to pull anything
if the camera has droped down you shuold be able to see it
from memory i think the buttons stay attatched to the side ??

Well well well...opened it up to realise that there is two holes fr the camera and there is only one camera lense.....so what I've had to do is scratch off a circle on the touch screen where the camera. Sees thru..and now it works perfectooo...
