i bought an 8" special ed tablet for an xmas present it is very tempramental doesnt connect to wifi or cant display page freezes constantly wont install the upgrade and generally is a disapointment does anyone have any pointers or tips to fix this or should i return it as faulty all help welcome thankyou

Wifi issue first. Is there anything else connected to wifi in your house, and does it work ok? You may be getting interference, try changing the wifi channel on your router.

The upgrade wont work? Could you be more specific please ( ie what exactly happens or what error messages you get)
