Hi my scroll excel has 2.1 can i change it or update it???

Are you sure you have an 'Excel' ? as that should come with Android OS 2.3.4 - There is not an official upgrade for the Excel at the mo' - however there is a possible upgrade to 4.0 ICS, that's in the pipeline.

i dont know much but its definatly an excel , and sorry i meant to get good apps like angry birds

You can get Angry Birds from the market on the Excel (that was one of the 1st games I tested on my Excel, it runs great)

You just need to active Market 1st - see here for that.
