Hi, I would like to apologise if this subject has already been covered but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I recently purchased a Scroll Excel for my mother and have been trying to transfer some picture and music files to the Scroll from my PC.

I am not the best on a PC but can do the basics (ish!)

I managed to get the the stage where the Scroll shows up in my computer but when I drag and drop either the music or the picture folder they seem to transfer ok but nothing shows up on the Scroll. No pictures in the gallery of music in the music player.

I am dragging to MID (G:) I have also tried dragging to specific places such as Download and Recordings.

I'm sure I am doing something very basic wrong but I can't think of anything else to try.

Any help regarding this matter would be very much appreciated.

Hi again,

Sorry to ask another question but I have just tried to insert a micro SD card to see if I could transfer the files to the card but it doesn't seem to fit. When I try to insert it it wont stay in, it almost seems too small?

Is it possible that I have purchased the wrong card?

be carefull inserting the card always be gentle .
Insert the Micro SD card into the port or slot with the contacts facing down and entering the port or slot first. Push the card gently until it clicks into place and will not advance further i have to use my fingernail to push it the last bit.
to remove push in gently until it clicks then release.
