I read carefully various messages on this forum for three days now but cant get apps ?

In very simple steps how do you install new apps on the scroll, there are 13 preinstalled apps I want to put my own on ?

Miscroll
Capacative
Resisttive
Or exell
Do yu have access to wifi?

7 inch tablet pc android 2.3 , that what it says on the box scroll essential restive screen, its not 3d
