SD card problem

One of the reasons I got my scroll was so that I could look at pictures I'd taken on my camera.
The idea was to use the card adaptor in my camera then put the micro bit in the Scroll.
What was that saying "Best layed plans..."
Now I take the card out of the Scroll which it sees with no problem. Put it in the adaptor and put the adaptor with the the micro SD card in the camera and take pictures. Then take the the card out of camera and put it back in the scroll and the Scroll say's the card is faulty and need formating. I used Astro Explorer and it say's the card is empty. If I put the card in a reader and look on the computer all the files are there plus an extra one added by the camera DCIM which contain the pictures. If I delete this file and put the card back in the Scroll it finds it.
Any one got any idea what I could do?

If you have not already done so try to format the micro SD again, quick- fat32. Test again in the camera and swap into the Scroll and see if it works. Failing that do you have another micro SD to test with? It might also be the file structure that the camera configures on the micro SD card. You could try copying the photo files out of the file they are stored in the micro SD and place them at the root of the micro SD. Leave the original photo's on the micro SD as well if you have the space to prove the test. This should not make any difference as the scroll scans the card for all files types, video, music and photo anywhere on the micro SD and sorts them out. Strange things happen though!

Good luck
