I normally email / phone them when things like that happen and demand refunds on next day delivery payments

If you pay for next day and it comes in 2 days, get your money back...


Also one time they did that, I complained about a missing order in my delivery, next day it arrived, and the day after so did another one

Anyone that paid for next day delivery from ebuyer and didn't get their scroll the next day should demand a refund on the delivery charge, and you WILL get it (trust me). If you email them (opening an enote) they may take 2 days to reply... so phone them if you want it sorted asap.

BTW - a quick way to get your refund by the way, is to complain on their Facebook page.... they will sort that right away because it's public

I didnt pay or next day delivery! the thing went out of stock as I ordered it so they had to get more before I could have mine lol - I emailed them asking why is was going to take a week for it to acttually be shipped.

eBuyer are normally helpful enought with this stuff so i figured there would be a reason
