Please help about scroll basic plus 54860 tablet

My scroll basic plus 54860 tablet stop working after logo Android. I restored the factory settings in Recovery mode, but still same. I looking for any custom rom. The Tablet is with Realteck WiFi adapter. Help please

Unfortunately, earlier this year someone had very similar problems but could not find a solution.

There is no official (i.e. Storage Options afilliated) forum.
This forum is run by its members who have purchased Scroll tablets from Storage Options, or from other on line shops.
As the sale of Scroll tablets has dwindled (due mostly in my humble opinion because Storage Options customer service and after care is virtually non-existent) so has the activity on this forum. There may be a pick up on here due to Christmas purchases; but don't hold your breath.
This forum is operated by volunteers like me and Stu admin who funds the server and site.

So if you are looking for someone to complain too about Scroll Tablets, this forum can only offer help and sympathy from its members who decide to contribute.

Hiya I to have purchased a scroll basic plus. But cant find anyone that has the firmware. I to have discovered how rude and unhelpfull the scroll help desk people are and there site has loads of firmware downloads but non for the 54860 model. Did anyone manage to find it ???? cheers

I am fairly confident that we don't have a copy of your firmware on this forum but I do hope someone can come to your aid.

If you type "Scroll basic plus" into the forum search bar it returns 77 results but I don't know if any of these may help or not.
