As a senior citizen who will not just go away I recently purchased a scroll on a sepcial deal, no problems with the scroll, soon got to grips with that [for what I want it for], my problems were with the case.
Soon after purchase the scroll slipped out of the case and landed on a tiled floor [just for the record the aluminium case is a realy good feature].
I have had the scroll replaced and a new case supplied but it is still not secure, anybody got an explanation please.

Hi Diccan, where did you buy the case from, maplins ? I got mine off fleabay. I presume yours is similar to mine in that it has 4 elastic straps (one on each corner). Mine has never slipped yet. If yours has plastic clips on the edge can they be tightened / bent in a little, not with too much force, obviously.
