Rookie to Tablets

Hi All
Have just bought the Sroll from storage options via BT. Seems a nice bit of kit at start but have a problem with apps. I can download from market and install after accepting permissions but when I look in apps the downloaded apps do not show as installed.
Would appreciate any replies.

The market is broken for most people, especially on firmware 1.01. After accepting the permissions the download fails almost immediately, and therefore the app doesn't get installed.
Search the forums here, as it's a topic that's been covered a great deal already. But in a nutshell the official market is borked. Sorry.

I advise you to install the 1.02 firmware and then goto Adobe and install the PDF reader. This may, if you're lucky, give you a working market.

Have done as advised unfortunately after I update from sd card message E: signature verification failed then installation aborted.

Have done a reformat of sd card obviuosly destroying all my music files. Then copied update.zip to root. All firmware now up to latest and can
Now download and install apps. Great thanks for your help. Have to re-install mp3s later.
