Hi all,

Had my Scroll for about a week now and am very pleased with it except for the fact that I can't transfer music to it from my PC - so I'm hoping that I'll find a solution somewhere on this board.

Looking forward to being educated and meeting some folk who are brighter than I am.

Cheers, Bill

Hi there, welcome to the forum. Specifically, what problem are you having? Can you transfer music but it 2ill not play, or can you not mount the external and or internal sdcard when you connect the scroll to the PC?

When you connect the USB cable (not to the USB HOST port, but the other one) you will find in the status bar (the pull-down at the top of the screen) the option to mount the internal drive. That is the Scrolls memory. Mount it and windows will see it. You can then browse the drive from your PC. There is a driver to load if you like, for when the scroll's USB is in debug mode, which will let you assign a default action to take, like the PC opening a Windows Explorer window to the drive on your PC.

The external drive you also see listed is the SD card, if you have one installed.
