hi all i got my scroll in january, and to be honest im confused. it will let me play some videos but not others with the same file format, and also i go to the android market and it wont let me download from there either. i am no good with computer jargon so if any one has any advice for me please speak plain english many thanks

Check out the tutorials section of this site, the market will not work unless you change the ID of the scroll, there is a huge thread showing you how to in there.

No idea why you can play some, but not all videos of the same type, "rockplayer" is a good video player so download that and see if that helps

Videos with the same extensions can have different compression levels, that might be the problem. I must admit ive never played video's on mine so I dont know what works or fails.
