Well, I've only gone and done it. A scroll is sat next to me charging now...

Was really good to have a play with one in Maplins to get a feel for it's size and the screen response. It's firmware 1.01, so I'll have to see how I stand market-wise later on after work.

My Scroll is running 1.01 straight out of the box and Market runs normally.

How long have you had market access? and can u still download apps from market?

Since it was first switched on about 24 hours ago.

oh - you will find market will stop downloading soon - like others with 1.01 - they had market from 'out of box' then soon the downloads start to fail. -

That will be great Fingers crossed. I can only assume that the FroYo improvements will let us get even more from the hardware, which is nice. Not sure that I'll have time tonight, but I shall soon be rooting and clockworking etc.

I'm not too worried if it stops working. I've mainly just got the apk files using the pc and transferred them across.
Also a broken market reduces the urge to spend
