Hello everyone

Another new user. I am looking to see if I can wean myself off my laptop onto a tablet for most of my work. The Scroll seemed like a good way of trying this out without the expense of an iPad or Galaxy. Also I like fiddling with things, I'm an engineer and that's what we do. "I know it works but let's see is we can make it work better!".
Another thing that attracted me to the Scroll was this forum. So friendly and helpful. I'm always amazed how some of these forums are so insulting to new members, and some people seem to go into rages just because someone has asked a question that happens to been answered before. Not here. Stu are you on any kick-back from SO? You should be. ANd I've already had my first question answered.
My first impressions of the Scroll is that it is a bit of a DIY machine - lots of features with bugger-all documentation. But I think with this forum it will be fun finding out.
Also like charlie the moderator's avatar. Are those yours or just something you'd like to get your hands on? :D

Employees are like mules. Some you stand in front of and coax them along with a carrot. Some you stand behind and kick them in the arse. The key to management is knowing which mules are which!
