Can anyone help...
I'm looking for a free music player that can automatically tweet what I'm listening to...

I've looked on Android Market Place and SlideMe.

Any suggestions welcome!

Looks like you have been waiting for help for some time so I hope this might be of some use.

There is an app on the Google play app store that seems to meet your needs.
It does not show a price so I assume it is free supported by adds.
It claims to have the ability to tweet what your listening too.

its fantastic can even show the track your playing and your position
will show the lyrics in sync like karaoke and if the lyrics arent on it you can type a text doc upload the lyrics and sync them yourself
