Once you get a backup, make a thread and we`ll talk you through the process of restoring 2.1

And if you still want to mess with 2.2, how to fix the wireless

A final word on the 2.1 process, as you would have read, you lose the /nand partition after flashing to 2.2 - once you are back in 2.1, just mount the internal flash on the scroll and format it on the PC and you should have /nand back again

would it be possible to use the update.zip from the scroll support website , or would it not do so because it would be a lower version number

Im not sure it would allow you to use the update.zip on a 2.2 install - I have a feeling I tried it when I had 2.2 installed

If you have ClockWorkMod installed -update.zip breaks the touchscreen anyway

someone will no doubt upload a stock 2.1 sometime today - I would but I've just spent until 5am this morning fixing my marketplace, so really dont want to wipe it again

hey guys im loving my scroll. had a little play with 2.2 then panic'd a bit when i couldn't at first go back to 2.1 but all is well %-) amazing wrk guys i can't wait for the full version!!!!!!

Hey again,
Is there an updated beta or there still just the one in the first post?

And is there a guide to install it?

Just stuck 2.3 on my phone which its pretty good over 2.2 its the LG GT540 and the rom is from cyanogen

So really looking forward to 2.2 on the scroll and going to take the dive into the beta here.

I emailed SO for the relevant files available under GPL and have to admit I need some advice on whether what ive been given is what Steve needs please.

I have got:
Eclair.tar
Kernel-2.6.29.tar
tcc92xx_defconfig.defconfig

Is this all Steve needs, or are these files incomplete?

Advice please
