Thats a bit of a disappointment. Under GPL, StorageOptions is responsible for the distribution of the sources - and its quite easy to see if their drivers are GPL compliant or not. (open the driver .ko files and look for the keyword
license) If its GPL, then they have some explaining to do.
All the /proc/cpuinfo ID's tell me its a reference design by telechips, I have no idea how much StorageOptions et al have deviated from the reference.
