I have a 51624 Scroll Tablet, there is a chance to update to 2.3 or a newer version ? (has android 2.1)

You will have more luck getting blood out of a stone! - Sorry.
That tablet never had or will have an official upgrade. There was a 1/2 done 2.2 for it by a user but it never really worked that well & had lots of issues.
